Registration Process

Teams must complete the Team Registration Form to receive confirmation of entry from Touch Football Ontario (TFO) or Touch Flag Ontario (TFONT).

Payment must be submitted by May 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST.

Tournament Details

Guaranteed Games: Each team is guaranteed 3 games (pool play + single elimination, all teams make playoffs).

Draft Order & Seeding: Determined by registration time. The earlier you register, the better draft pick you get.

Zoom Draft: One team representative must attend the Zoom draft one week before the tournament.

Flag Requirements: Teams must bring their own flags (Shruumz, Sonic Flag-A-Tag, Pop-style belts). Canvas or vinyl flags are permitted at the director’s discretion.

5v5 Teams:

Must submit rosters before their first game. Open roster policy allows individual players to compete for different teams in each division.
Waiver & Team Restrictions

5v5 Players: Must sign individual waivers at the field before their first game.

Team Restrictions: Players can only compete for one team per division.
